Ingredients:


  • 4 chicken breast, cut
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons ginger root, minced
  • 1 can (8oz) pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons instant tapioca
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce



Instructions:


1. Place all the vegetables you have washed and cut in the bottom of your crockpot and sprinkle some instant tapioca over them. After that, place the chicken pieces on top of the vegetables and add in the remaining of the ingredients.


2. Cover the crockpot and let it cook for 10 hours on low setting.


3. Serve over with cooked rice.
