Chicken Livers Recipe


Ingredients:


  • 1 pound chicken livers, cut
  • 3 bacon slices, diced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup chicken bouillon
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper



Instructions:


1. In a bowl, add in the chicken livers and then put in some flour, pepper and salt.


2. In a large skillet, fry the bacon until they are brown then add in the chicken livers, green onion and saute them until they are lightly browned.


3. Pour in the chicken bouillon and stir it well so that everything is well blended.


4. Now, pour everything in the skillet into the crockpot and add in the remaining ingredients.


5. Cover the crock pot and let it cook for 6 hours on low setting.


6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
