Teriyaki Chicken Recipe


Ingredients:


  • 3 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
  • 6 oz teriyaki sauce
  • 1 can of pineapple chunks, drained



Instructions:


1. In a crock pot, place the chicken breasts or thighs in such a way that the meat is facing out toward the coils.


2. Add in the pineapple and teriyaki sauce and cover it. Let it cook for 7 hours on low.


3. Serve over with cooked rice.
